Millwest coordinates the information and documentation needed to move eligible numbers from your existing carrier to the new service. We plan the transition so configuration and hardware can be ready before the number move is completed.

What we need from you

Porting typically requires a recent bill or account information, the current carrier account details, and a signed Letter of Authorization. Exact requirements vary by carrier and number type.

Plan before cancelling

Do not cancel your current telephone service before number porting is complete. Cancelling service too early can jeopardize the numbers being transferred.
