Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 8, 2026
Millwest Communications LLC (“Millwest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates millwest.net. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website and in related business communications. Additional legal protections and applicable service agreements govern information associated with our communications services.
Information you provide
When you request a callback, ask for a phone-system review, request a checklist, or contact us, we collect the information you submit. Depending on the form, this includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, approximate number of phones, and details you choose to provide about your needs.
Our free-review and checklist forms require an email address and cell phone number. Website form submissions are sent by email to sales@millwest.net. Submitting a form or providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in marketing emails or text messages. Please do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through these forms.
Website and technical information
When you visit our website, your browser connects to our hosting systems and third-party resources used by the site. These requests transmit technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the systems providing those resources.
The site loads a hosting traffic script from wsimg.com / secureserver.net and fonts from Google Fonts. WordPress may also request emoji resources from s.w.org. Browser storage may be used for website functionality. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings; restricting them may affect website features.
How we use information
We use information you submit to respond to your request, provide requested resources, evaluate phone-system needs, prepare requested proposals, provide support, administer related business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
If you separately choose to receive customer-communication texts or marketing texts, your consent applies to the purpose described when you enroll. Marketing messages may concern Millwest services, offers, or promotions. Providing a required phone number, requesting a resource, purchasing services, or accepting general website terms does not by itself authorize marketing texts. Marketing consent is optional.
Service providers and other disclosures
We do not sell or distribute leads to other businesses for their marketing. The service-provider processing described below supports our website, communications, and services; it does not authorize those providers to market to our leads for their own purposes.
Information is processed through the systems needed to operate our website and email and to respond to inquiries. These include website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and related technical services. For communications-service customers, carriers and other service providers may also process information needed to provide those services.
We may disclose information when required by law or lawful process, or when legally permitted and reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. Protected telecommunications information remains subject to applicable legal restrictions.
Mobile information and text-message consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in records and consent are not provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.
We may provide limited information needed to operate our text-message program to messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, and vendors acting on our behalf to deliver messages, manage consent and opt-outs, provide support, or protect the service. They are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing. Disclosures required by law remain subject to applicable legal requirements.
SMS enrollment uses separate, optional choices for customer communications and marketing. For the Millwest text program, messages are sent through 928-457-0110. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for assistance. STOP and HELP requests are handled manually by Millwest. You may also contact scott@millwest.net or call 928-457-0110 about your information, communication preferences, or withdrawal of consent. See our SMS Terms for program details.
Communications-service information
When Millwest provides business communications services, Millwest and its service providers may process account information, call-detail records, voicemail metadata, messaging records, and related service information as needed to provide, secure, bill, support, and comply with law concerning those services. Customer proprietary network information (CPNI) and other protected information receive the protections required by applicable law.
This policy does not authorize unrelated marketing uses of CPNI or change rights and obligations in an applicable service agreement. A business customer that uses Millwest services to message its own customers is responsible for its own notices, consent, and messaging practices under its agreement and applicable requirements.
Records and security
Submitting a website form creates an email record of the information submitted. Website and email systems may also maintain technical logs or backups. Record handling depends on the type of information, the systems used, and applicable business and legal requirements. Contact scott@millwest.net to ask about retention or request deletion of information you submitted.
No website, email system, or transmission method is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through website forms or ordinary email. Contact scott@millwest.net with privacy or security concerns.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing scott@millwest.net or calling 928-457-0110. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required. A withdrawal of text-message consent may require keeping a limited suppression record to help prevent further messages.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or seek consent when required by law.
